Everyone who has an interest in photography is welcome to join the society. Potential new members are advised to come along to the meetings for a few weeks and see how things work. If you choose to join then the membership fee is set to £40 a year.
Being part of the Llanelli Photographic Society isn’t just limited to a couple of hours every Wednesday. Away from the club you can get involved via Facebook, our mailing list and even here on the website.
All members are invited to join the Facebook group – the aim of the group is to support members with critique, debate, and ideas regarding their photography. It’s fun and a great way to share your latest photos with others.

The LPS also has a mailing list. All members should join this to keep up to date with the latest news. Occasionally we meet up for day trips to explore the local area and help each other. This is a great way to learn more about your camera, improve your photography and have a laugh with like minded friends.
Everyone who joins LPS is welcome to have a gallery on the website. This includes a selection of up to 12 images, a personal photo and small biography. Keep an eye on the newsletter and Facebook for details on how to get involved.
